Guess where this cozy place is located:
Nah, this is not our house (I wish we can turn our house into something cozy as this place). You don’t even have to drive far to reach this place (although a short drive to Tagaytay to enjoy the cool breeze and to try on B’s equestrian boots would be fun) as this place is located just right in the center of the capital district.
This is Casa Roces. A restaurant inside the compound of Malacañang. This is an old ancestral house of the famous Roces’ clan which they turned into a restaurant. This is just a new resto which opened its doors to the public only last July.
My good friend Peachy introduced us to this restaurant and since then we have been hooked. A week will not pass without us dining here. Our favorite: Baked Salmon, Truffle Mushroom Soup, Oxtail Kare-Kare, Ginataang Halo-Halo, Hot Chocolate and more.
