What PLDT Needs: Customer Satisfaction Survey

We have PLDT DSL connection for our internet connection at home and right now, I am already filing for an application to subscribe to another company that can provide for an alternative broadband connection for us.

I am an unsatisfied customer of PLDT as their connection is always down. Never will a week pass that we will not have any problems with our connection and it takes several days before they send over their technical engineer to check the problem. Because of this, it forced me to decide to discontinue our subscription with them.

I guess PLDT is not yet familiar with Infosurv and how it can help them conduct customer satisfaction survey so they can get feedbacks and complains from their clients which can really help them in improving their service.

Infosurv is the leader when it comes to online market research and they provide various services like prediction markets, employee engagement, customer survey and the like and they have been helping businesses to expand their target market and provide better services not just for their customers but for their employees as well.

There are a lot of Internet Service Providers out there which I am sure will have a much better service than PLDT so they better start acting so they will stop loosing their clients like me.
